When you use the contact form, the data you provide (email address, selected project type, and message) is processed and stored exclusively to handle your inquiry.

Technical delivery is provided through the service Formspree (Formspree Inc., 2261 Market Street #4704, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). A data-processing agreement is in place with Formspree; transfer to the USA is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Retention period: until the correspondence is concluded, at the latest until the statute of limitations on any potential claims expires.
